Do this in remembrance of me!

Our blessing-cup is a communion with the Blood of Christ. (1 Cor. 10:16)

My favorite verse from the Psalms resonates in the liturgy today:

Psalm 116:
12 – How can I repay the Lord
for all the great good done for me?
13 – I will raise the cup of salvation
and call on the name of the Lord!

What do we remember today? A meal? More than a meal…
